The non-stop pouring rain is driving the ants to higher ground. It has driven them right into my kitchen cabinets, among other places. We had the Braddock side of the family over for lunch on Sunday for Mothers' Day. When I left for church earlier that day I had noticed 2 ants on the counter and thought, "Huh - ants." and killed them. No biggie. By the afternoon, Christy, my sister-in-law is in my kitchen saying, "Did you know you have ants in here??" as she notices the now INFESTATION that has taken over my kitchen. It's always a nice thing to have your guests point out your bug problem - in your kitchen - as they've just finished eating. Nice. This picture represents the MESS that is now my teeny weeny kitchen as we've had to pull most everything out - to spray and then clean up ants. I wasn't cooking anyway, right??

Sorry. I just know after fighting ants in my own home for many years about this time of year that if you don't get on them, they will take over. I have also learned that it doesn't matter how clean you keep your kitchen. They will come anyway. Love you. Christy
