And We are So Grateful

Our newest little peanut is now 3 weeks old. This seems like a milestone to me - probably because Scott came home on Saturday night and will be home most of the week. We made it until Daddy came home! That's a milestone in itself, right? To be honest, the last three weeks have been so blessed. We have been so well taken care of. Our Sunday School class has really loved on us. They have brought dinners, come for visits, taken my big kids for fun outings with their kids and offered grocery shopping and errands more times than I could count. According to the newspaper, we had "the biggest storm" to ever hit our town about two weeks ago. Shane, a thoughtful man from our Sunday School Class, showed up the day after the storm to clean up debris from our yard. Unbelievable!! What makes it all even more unbelievable is that we're still the new kids at the church. We're new to the church and to the class and yet they've loved on us still. We are so very overwhelmed and grateful. This has been (by far) the easiest transition with a new baby. All of the extra love has made it easy to bring Miss Caroline into the family.

We've also passed the time with lots of fun company. I haven't always been that quick to grab the camera, so I certainly don't have pictures of all the special folks that have come by. Here are just a few...

Uncle Mike brought his swimsuit to play in the sprinkler with the big girls.

Aunt Allyson and two of her buddies.

Brandi, Zetta Grace and Granger came by yesterday afternoon. My favorite North Carolineans!!

We are so grateful and beyond blessed. Thank you!!!!!
