I've started this post three different times and have had a very difficult time getting pictures to load. Does anybody else have this problem with blogspot?? I'm just going to press on, pictures or no, because if I don't, I'll probably never blog again and I feel like I have SOOOO much to share right now...
Last week during Spring Break I became determined to have "The Most Fun Week Ever" (yes, I named it) with the girls. I had spent the previous week on the verge of a nervous breakdown all week - quite literally I think. In efforts to redeem my poor mothering and my lack of energy to head to the beach with all the other spring breakers, I created our own "staycation". We really did have a blast together. Scott even came home on Tuesday and was around the whole week to party with us.
The highlights included a trip to Jump Zone (a very fun and crazy crowded bounce house place), a picnic at the river, ice skating, the Wheeler Wildlife Refuge, roller skating, the Atlanta Aquarium, an overnight trip to KK & Pop Pop Gene's house, and lots of smaller treats like trips to the playground, dinner at Cracker Barrel, watching Dancing With the Stars and other things very excited to 5, 4 & 2 year olds... I had a great time really enjoying being with my sweet family. It was fantastic for me to back up, relax and gain a little perspective about my life. I'm one blessed mama and I'm grateful for "The Most Fun Week Ever" for reminding me of that.

Scott told me the news a few hours ago. I loved catching up with him by phone and hope Julia is feeling better soon. I love the name and really liked the double name too. I am excited that Baby Braddock is now Caroline Scott. Glad you had a great staycation and I look forward to chatting with you soon. Big hugs to your family.
