My sweet baby turned 6 today! See how much she's grown??? Sometimes it feels like she's been part of our lives forever. We've had a lot of fun life together in the last 6 years. When I look at these pictures, it seems like yesterday that she was just a baby and we were new to the parenting world.
We've celebrated all weekend with her birthday party at the Skate Castle, cupcakes with her class today and with dinner at Cracker Barrel (her favorite and special request) tonight. We had a fantastic family-filled weekend. Grace has been stressed out about the fact that her teacher gives birthday "spankings" with the paddle and has been dreading her birthday since the second day of school. However, even the spankings went well and Grace is thrilled to be 6. Did you know it takes TWO hands to show six??? That's how big she is. :)
This was today after school in the birthday shirt that Aunt Ashley made. :)
