Wonder

This is Harrison, our dear sweet, crazy smart, very special friend from California.  NASA and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory are sending a new robotic rover to Mars in 2011.  They asked children to submit names for the rover.   Harrison (pictured above with Grace) wrote an essay, suggesting the name "Wonder".  Out of 9000 entries, Wonder was selected to be one of the 9 finalists.  Voting is now closed, but if you'd like to learn more about the program click here.  NASA is scheduled to announce the name of the new rover in late April/early May.  I am excited for Harrison and thought that this was too cool of an opportunity not to mention. Way to go, Harrison!!!
