Scott and I have been quadrupally blessed. It looks like we'll be expecting Baby Braddock #4 to arrive near June 19, 2009. That fuzzy image above is the picture of our new baby with "a very strong heartbeat" according to the ultrasound tech that saw me today. I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant! I was so thankful for the opportunity to even have the ultrasound today. I certainly have never appreciated a "heartbeat ultrasound" nearly as much. Having gone through two miscarriages in the last 9 months, I have not allowed myself to get very excited about this pregnancy or to let myself "go there". However, a dear friend had a word from the Lord for me that, "All is well"and indeed it seems to be. I must confess that it is still early in the pregnancy and I remain cautiously optimistic, but seeing and hearing the heartbeat today felt like clearing one giant hurdle. Thank you, Lord!!!! As He leads, I ask for your prayers as our baby continues to grow and develop. What amazing blessings He gives!!!

Congratulations, Katie (&whole Braddock family)...I am thrilled for you. I have to tell you I read your blog ALL the time. I have been wanting to call you to tell you how much I enjoy reading what you write. It reminds me of how grateful we all should be for all of our blessings. I have logged on to some of your favorite sites as well..."Bring the Rain" has truly changed me. I have realized how much God has blessed my life and how much I have missed being close to him. Thank you for loving the Lord so much, and sharing that with others. I will be praying for you and this new little life inside of you. Take care...Love, Heidi Felini
